Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you complete the qualification form on this site we collect your first name, email address, phone number, business type, current advertising status, and budget readiness.
• Booking information. If you schedule a call we collect the time you select and any details you provide to our scheduling provider.
• Automated information. We use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to measure page views, traffic sources, site interactions, form activity, session behaviour, and conversions. These services may receive device, browser, approximate location, campaign, and referring-page information. Standard server logs may also capture your IP address and browser type.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and book a setup call.
• To deliver, configure, and report on the advertising services you engage us for.
• To measure and improve our website and marketing, including conversion tracking through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4.

We share the minimum information needed with vendors that help us run the business:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) - CRM, pipeline, and call booking.
• Google Cloud and Firebase - website hosting, application infrastructure, database storage, and form submission storage.
• Meta Platforms - ad delivery, measurement, and the Meta Pixel.
• Google - website and conversion measurement through Google Analytics 4.
• Microsoft - website interaction and session behaviour measurement through Microsoft Clarity.
• Payment processor - subscription billing for clients who sign up for our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, MetaAdGuys may send you SMS text messages relating to your enquiry and our service, such as replies from our team, appointment and call reminders, account and service updates, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or emailing us at the address below. Opting out of SMS does not affect the other ways we communicate with you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity. These services may set or read cookies and similar identifiers to understand how visitors arrive, use the site, and complete enquiry or booking actions. Data retention

We retain prospect information for as long as it is useful to follow up on your enquiry, and client information for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

We use reputable hosting and SaaS providers and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No internet transmission is ever fully secure, so please use good judgement when sharing information online.
