A qualified lead requested the advertised service, is in the agreed service area, supplied valid contact information, is not obvious spam, a test or a duplicate, and meets any written job-type or customer criteria agreed before launch. They do not need to answer a follow-up call, accept a quote, book a job or buy.

Keep the agreed Meta budget funded, contact leads promptly, supply access and approvals on time, and tell us when the service, offer, service area or qualification criteria change so the campaign stays accurate.
