A real person in your service area who fills in your lead form with valid contact details, generated by the Meta campaigns we run. We do not count obvious junk, duplicate, or test submissions. If a lead later turns out to be uncontactable, that is normal across all paid channels and is not what the guarantee covers.When does the 14-day window start?+
The day your ads go live. Setup time before launch does not count against the window. We launch within 7 days of sign-up.What does "we work for free" actually mean?+
If you have fewer than 5 qualifying leads at the end of the 14 days, we waive your $297 a month management fee and keep running and optimising the campaign at no cost until all 5 leads have come through. Ad spend is still paid by you directly to Meta on your own account. That part never runs through us.How long do you keep working for free?+
Until you have your 5 qualifying leads, for up to a further 8 weeks beyond the 14-day window. We rebuild creative, retarget audiences, swap landing pages, and keep iterating at no management fee. We do not refund and disappear. In the rare case 5 leads still have not landed by then (with the conditions met), normal billing resumes and you can cancel any time.
